ABOUT MOBILITY46
Mobility46 is a Swedish tech company leading the digitalization of parking and e-mobility services. Our proven solutions deliver greatly reduced administration, increased parking revenue and a new end customer experience. Our mission is to empower property owners and facility managers with tools to explore and exploit parking assets, and to easily manage processes for parking and mobility services to exceed expectations from demanding, digital customers. Both in off-street and on-street parking locations, Mobility46’s cloud-based business support system integrates all parking-related processes into one user-friendly platform with support for EV-charging, vehicle-sharing pools and other value-adding services, disrupting the traditional parking business model.

JOB DESCRIPTION
As CTO you will lead a Tech-team currently consisting of 7 people. Due to a strong business growth the team will continuously be expanding, and you will have a key role in the decision making going forward. Focus will be on the overall workflow of your team and everyday system perfection towards Mobility46 costumers. You will have a hands-on role in development, maintaining functionality of solutions, features and integrations. But your main objective is securing the overall performance of the team and individual growth of your team-members. You will also be highly involved in the way forward with new products and solutions.
WHO ARE YOU?
-5+ years’ experience from modern software development
-Proven track record in team leadership
-Experience from languages like Java, Rust, Node.js, Go
-API development/management
-Micro service architecture
-Project Management
-Agile development
