This is a fun av versatile role where you will get to take lead and make an impact on how customers see and experience an important and critical product. The product you will be working on is AddSecure Link- a complete, reliable, and flexible IoT solution that offers customers a communication infrastructure for SIM cards, remote access and monitoring of secure critical communication and can be installed in all types of environments.

You will be a part of the Link development team, own the technical backlog and together with your team clearly define the upcoming user stories. You represent- and work closely with the Product Manager within the development team, presenting a technical view of the products defined user stories. This means clarify, score, and import user stories into the technical backlog, prioritizing according to requirements from which all development work is carried out.

To drive this development, you will have a smaller remote team of developers at your disposal who you will guide and lead from sprint to sprint, acting as SCRUM Master.

If you want to, and when time allows, you will also be involved in hands-on design of UX and frontend programming.

To summarize the responsibilities in this role, you will:  

- Report to the Link development manager

- Own the technical backlog, containing prioritized, well-defined user-stories from which all development is carried out.

- Be responsible for the technical deliverables from the team, in terms of addressing the agreed user-stories, with the appropriate level of quality & scope coverage.

- Work closely with the Product Manager to clarify, score, and prioritize user stories, which are the input to sprint planning.

- Provide continuous estimates and updates to support release planning & medium-term roadmap development, working closely with the Product Manager in this regard.

- Act as SCRUM master within the team, extending the TPO role to sprint planning, management, and follow-up.

- As an experienced Front-End developer, be actively involved in the design and development within the sprints, towards the deliverables.


To be successful in this role we would like to see that you have a degree in relevant engineering specialization or equivalent experience. You are comfortable in the Javascript framework and experienced in hands-on design of UI/UX and Front-End programming. Since the backend is developed in C#/.Net, we would also like to see that you have an understanding for/ experience in this environment (ideally in .Net Core).

Further experience we value:

- Good knowledge of Agile & SCRUM development processes

- Comfortable working with Microsoft TFS / Azure DevOps for Agile planning/documentation

- Interest in, and awareness of, the latest technologies and development practices in the area of responsibility

- Experience in Angular or similar Javascript Framework.

As a person you are a team player, open to others’ ideas and suggestions with the ability to be an enabler for the team’s success. You work in a structured manner to support estimations, definition and structuring of the backlog & status updates etc. to support information distribution. You have good communication skills in English- written and spoken.
