Today they are about 50 colleagues throughout the Tech Organization and at the Stockholm office there are currently 4 tech teams, working according to agile principles in strong autonomous teams. As Tech Manager for the Stockholm office, your task is to support each team member in their role, so that each one best utilizes their skills, grows in their role, contributes to team development and simply makes a difference every day! You should inspire the teams to innovate and encourage new ideas, which results in customers having a positive experience and concrete support in their everyday economy in contact with Zmarta.
Your responsibility will include:
-Ensuring that the teams have a clear goal to work towards and work according to a good basic structure based on agile principles.
-Continuously follow up on ongoing projects and ensure quality and KPIs together with the teams.
-Personnel responsibility that includes, among other things, competence. development, ongoing coaching and goal discussions, salary setting and recruitment.
-Being a part of the Tech organization's management team.
You are passionate about developing your team towards established business goals. You have relevant educational background for the assignment, have worked in the role of developer or similar and also have a couple of years of experience from leadership in a Tech environment. You are business-oriented, analytical and driven by finding new solutions and thinking in new paths. In your role, you are motivated by working in an expansive organization with a high tempo and where team work is a crucial ingredient for success.
It is an advantage if you worked as an architect or senior developer so you can guide our developers in the best possible way.
